    FCB serves its subscribers and the general public to promote economic empowerment and growth. Here are the answers to some frequently asked questions about FCB and its role:

    On the FCB website, click on MyScore and sign up to the service. After login you will see your credit score.

    • Send a request for a credit report through our email (search@fcbureau.co.zw)
    • You will receive an FCB Application Form which must be filled in
    • Send it via email to search@fcbureau.co.zw or WhatsApp to +263 78 212 3023, or visit our offices at 24 Harvey Brown Milton Park Harare.
    • You will receive your credit report which is free of charge.

    We do not alter any information on a company's record unless the necessary requirements have been provided. These include an updated CR14

    In terms of the amount you owe, the institution that listed you would be the best to provide clarity of how much it is as it might include interest charges and other costs.

    FCB is a custodian of information. The administration fee is for updating records from the public owing to the costs associated with data capturing, software and database access licenses. This fee is standard and does not change regardless of number of cases a person needs clearing or the amount that was reported in the listing.

    No. The whatsapp chatbot only sends you the FCB Application Form which you will need to send back via email (search@fcbureau.co.zw)

    You would have to visit that institution and make an inquiry on the amount that is owed.

    It is instant upon FCB receiving communication from the institution that listed you and the payment of admin fee.

    FCB is a custodian of default record, as such we only update records and do not delete.

    The records that are kept at FCB are private and confidential as such, information is not divulged over the phone because we do not know if you are truly the owner of the record.

    The FCB admin fee is part of the process as we would require communication as well that the matter has been resolved from the institution that listed you

    You can list an individual in your own capacity provided you have a Court Order against the person who owes you.

    Banking institutions conduct separate but related business. The documentation submitted at the bank is used and kept at the bank. FCB requires separate documentation which it, likewise, uses and also keeps according to its procedures.

    They will need to submit the following document in person or via email (enquries@fcbureau.co.zw):

    • Certificate of incorporation
    • Your Tax Clearance (if ZIMRA registered)
    • Proof of address
    • List of directors
    • Completed FCB Application Form
    • ID copies of at least 2 directors
